ندعم الدفع عبر بطاقات Visa وMastercard وZain Cash وAsiaCell. الدفع المسبق يضمن أولوية الشحن وتجهيز الطلب بشكل أسرع.

إذا تجاوز طلبك المدة المتوقعة للتوصيل بيوم واحد، سنتواصل معك عبر واتساب لإبلاغك بالوضع قبل أن تضطر للسؤال.

نتواصل مباشرة مع شركة التوصيل لمعرفة سبب التأخير وتحديد موعد وصول جديد دقيق — لا نتركك بدون معلومات.
إعادة الشحن أو الاستبدال
إذا فُقدت الشحنة أو تأخرت أكثر من 7 أيام عمل، نُعيد إرسال طلبك كاملاً بدون أي رسوم إضافية — أو نستردّ المبلغ بالكامل إذا دفعت مسبقاً.

For exceptional cases that are delayed 10 days or more due to our error, we offer a discount on your next order as an apology for the inconvenience.
Shipping Questions
Can I change the delivery address after completing the order?
Yes — contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, the address can be easily modified. After shipping, it is difficult to modify and may require additional fees from the delivery company.
Are there shipping fees?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, 5,000 for the order, and vary by governorate.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, personal pickup is available from our location in Baghdad. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a suitable time and place.
What if I am absent when the order arrives?
The representative will contact you by phone before arrival. If you are unable to receive it, delivery can be rescheduled for another day without additional fees — once for free.
Can delivery be made to a clinic or hospital?
Certainly — many of our customers receive their orders at their workplace. Just include the name of the hospital or clinic in the delivery address, and the representative will confirm with you upon arrival.
