📦 Iraq only: We currently ship exclusively within Iraq. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside Iraq and interested in our products, contact us directly to discuss options.
01 Order processing
After you place your order, we begin preparing it for dispatch. Processing includes picking, quality-checking, packaging, and handing off to the courier.

You receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email within a few hours of placing your order.

Processing (1–2 business days)
We pick, quality-check, and pack your order. Custom or embroidered orders may require up to 5 business days processing time.

Dispatched to courier
Your order is handed off to Aramex or Sandooq. You may receive a tracking number or courier call depending on the service area.

Delivery to your door
The courier contacts you before delivery. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.
⚠️ Processing days are business days only. Orders placed on Friday or during public holidays will begin processing the next available business day (Saturday in Iraq).

03 Our courier partners
Aramex Iraq
Used for most Baghdad and major governorate deliveries. Provides door-to-door service with courier contact before arrival. Tracking available via Aramex website using the provided waybill number.
Sandooq
Used for certain governorates and areas where Aramex coverage is limited. The courier will contact you directly via phone to arrange delivery. Tracking may be limited by zone.
Other local couriers
For select remote areas or urgent orders, we may use alternative local courier services. We will notify you of the courier used and provide contact details if applicable.
Harmony Surgical is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or damage caused by courier operations outside our direct control. In such cases, we will assist in filing a complaint with the courier on your behalf.
04 Shipping fees
Free shipping — Baghdad orders over 75,000 IQD
Baghdad orders that meet or exceed 75,000 IQD qualify for free shipping automatically applied at checkout. No promo code needed.
Standard shipping fee
Fees range from 3,000 to 10,000 IQD depending on your governorate and order size. The final fee is shown clearly before you confirm your order at checkout.
Free return shipping — our fault
If we sent you the wrong item or a defective product, we cover 100% of the return shipping cost. We will send you a prepaid shipping label or arrange courier pickup.
Size exchange shipping — customer responsibility
If you are returning an item for a size exchange (not due to our error), you cover the cost of sending the item back to us. We cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
05 Failed & missed deliveries
Couriers will attempt to contact you by phone before and during delivery. To avoid missed deliveries, ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at the time of ordering.
First failed attempt
The courier will try to reach you and reschedule. No additional fee for the first reattempt within the same delivery window.
Second failed attempt
A re-delivery fee of 2,000–3,000 IQD may apply depending on your area and the courier used.
Order returned to us after two failures
If the order cannot be delivered after two attempts, it is returned to Harmony Surgical. A new shipping fee will be charged to re-dispatch the order. COD orders returned due to customer unavailability may result in the account being flagged.
⚠️ Wrong address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-dispatch shipping fees apply in full and no refund of the original shipping fee is issued.
06 Cash on delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery is our most popular payment method and is available for all orders within Iraq. Here is what to expect:
- Payment is made in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) directly to the courier at the time of delivery
- Please have the exact amount ready — couriers may not always carry change
- Your order is confirmed and processed only after we receive your order details; no pre-payment is required
- Refusing a COD delivery without contacting us first may result in being restricted from future COD orders
- Repeated COD refusals will result in a permanent block from our store
⚠️ COD fraud policy: Placing orders with no intent to pay is a serious offense. Harmony Surgical reserves the right to pursue recovery of courier costs from customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries without cause.
07 Damaged or lost parcels
Parcel arrived damaged
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos or video before opening it. Contact us within 24 hours with the evidence. Do not discard the original packaging — it may be needed for a courier claim.
Parcel marked delivered but not received
Contact us within 48 hours if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order. We will open an investigation with the courier. Resolution may take 3–7 business days.
Delayed beyond estimated timeframe
If your order exceeds the maximum estimated delivery time, contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to logistical variables within Iraq.
08 Wholesale & bulk orders
Hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical institutions placing bulk orders are subject to separate shipping arrangements.
- Minimum wholesale order: 20 units per SKU (contact us to confirm)
- Bulk orders may use freight or palletized delivery depending on volume
- Shipping fees for wholesale orders are negotiated separately at the time of the order
- Processing time for wholesale orders is 5–10 business days depending on stock and customization
- A deposit may be required for large custom wholesale orders before processing begins

١ تجهيز الطلب
بعد تقديم طلبك، نبدأ في تجهيزه للشحن. تشمل مرحلة التجهيز: الاختيار، وفحص الجودة، والتغليف، وتسليمه لشركة الشحن.

تصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني خلال ساعات قليلة من تقديم طلبك.

نقوم باختيار المنتج وفحصه وتغليفه. الطلبات المخصصة والمطرزة قد تستغرق حتى 5 أيام عمل.

التسليم لشركة الشحن
يُسلَّم طلبك إلى Aramex أو صندوق. قد تحصل على رقم تتبع أو مكالمة من المندوب حسب منطقتك.

التوصيل إلى بابك
سيتصل بك المندوب قبل التوصيل. تأكد من صحة رقم هاتفك وعنوانك عند تقديم الطلب.
⚠️ أيام العمل فقط. الطلبات المقدمة يوم الجمعة أو خلال أيام العطل الرسمية تبدأ في التجهيز في أول يوم عمل تالٍ (السبت في العراق).

٣ الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)
الدفع عند الاستلام هو طريقة الدفع الأكثر شيوعاً وهو متاح لجميع الطلبات داخل العراق.
- يتم الدفع بالدينار العراقي مباشرةً للمندوب عند الاستلام
- يُرجى تحضير المبلغ بالضبط — المناديب قد لا يحملون فكة دائماً
- رفض استلام الطلب دون إشعار مسبق قد يؤدي إلى تقييد طلبات COD المستقبلية
- الرفض المتكرر سيؤدي إلى حظر دائم من المتجر
⚠️ سياسة احتيال COD: تقديم طلبات دون نية حقيقية للدفع مخالفة صريحة. تحتفظ هارموني سيرجيكال بالحق في المطالبة باسترداد تكاليف الشحن من العملاء الذين يرفضون الاستلام بشكل متكرر.
٤ فشل التوصيل والطرود التالفة
محاولة التوصيل فاشلة
بعد محاولتين فاشلتين، يُعاد الطلب إلينا وتُستوفى رسوم شحن جديدة. العنوان الخاطئ لا يستوجب استرداد رسوم الشحن الأولى.
طرد وصل تالفاً
التقط صوراً أو فيديو قبل فتح الطرد وتواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة. احتفظ بالتغليف الأصلي لأغراض المطالبة مع شركة الشحن.
الطرد مُسجَّل كمُسلَّم ولم تستلمه
تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة وسنفتح تحقيقاً مع شركة الشحن. مدة التحقيق 3–7 أيام عمل.
٥ طلبات الجملة والمؤسسات الطبية
المستشفيات والعيادات والمؤسسات الطبية التي تطلب كميات كبيرة تخضع لترتيبات شحن خاصة.
- الحد الأدنى لطلبات الجملة: 20 قطعة لكل SKU
- وقت التجهيز: 5–10 أيام عمل حسب المخزون والتخصيص
- رسوم الشحن تُحدَّد بشكل منفصل وقت الطلب
- قد يُطلب دفع عربون مقدم للطلبات الكبيرة المخصصة
